- Developed the operating system for a U.S. electronics company importing from and selling within China. Established the documentation, communication flow, and SOP for order processing between the U.S. manufacturer, the U.S. customer and the Chinese subcontractors for both the manufacturer and customer. Developed a sales plan, catalog, and management staff in China to monitor the operation.
- Train production management staff in Chinese factories to work with their U.S. counterparts.
- As the representative for a U.S. wire manufacturer, worked with their U.S. client’s factory in China and its subcontractor to identify and resolve processing issues.

- Executive Advisor for a Financial Services company in Los Angeles specializing in managing Letters of Credit and providing export financing based on L/C’s.
- Assisted company based in Los Angeles negotiating final visa approvals with the U.S Consulate in Guangdong, China for individuals to join a U.S. based education program.

- As interim CFO brought a privately held firm from near bankruptcy to profitability, increased cash flow, negotiated debt reductions, and focused management on profitable opportunities.
- Provided management support and training to a public company while they were going through an orderly liquidation, managed accounting staff, worked with external auditors for SEC filings, established interim accounting and finance procedures.

- Worked with a group of companies in construction/property development to manage payroll and HR, representation for Workers Compensation claims including hearings & court cases, reduced BWC rates with 95% discount on over 1.5 million in payroll expense. Negotiated with and maintained records for BWC, EEO, OSHA, and Union Locals. Installed Quickbooks, created company files, and trained staff on accounting procedures.
- BWC outsourced manager - enrolled client in free discount programs (PPD, Drug Free, etc. ) that can even stack discounts with group rating plans. Met with BWC compliance officers and developed employers' manuals while monitoring program. Aggressively negotiated and settled claims using free MCO/TPA services and BWC medical support staff. On call 24 hours a day as resource for accident management. Remember - the MCO/TPA are accountable to BWC and even paid by them - you need your own representative!
- Managed collections for Medical Equipment company and brought in 80% of the over-120 day-accounts within one month.
- Negotiated past due amounts with tax authorities, sales tax, IRS, BWC etc. and established payment plans.
